Explode

Similar to kill, entering explode in the console will kill the player instantly, upon which the player will explode into a display of bloody gibs—as if he or she was killed by an explosion.

This command is no different than suiciding by entering kill in the console, with respect to death count and damage-to-kill rules. The effect is purely aesthetic.
