Information
Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative is an unlockable headwear item for the Sniper. It isn't actually a hat at all, instead removing the Sniper's default hat to reveal a short and well-fixed hairdo.
Trivia
- This "hat" was seen in one scene of Meet the Sniper, but it's not known whether this was a deliberate nod to the item's addition or just used because wearing a hat while brushing your teeth is impractical and a bit silly.
- Taunting with the Kukri makes the Sniper take off his hat. It could be said therefore that this headwear item has been 'revealed' since the game's release.
- As stated above, taunting with the Kukri causes the sniper to take off his hat, but while wearing this headwear item, he'll reach up, take off, and subsequently hold on to thin air. It is unknown if this will be fixed.
- There is a glitch occasionally where the sniper will appear with this hat, though the person may or may not have the actual hat.
- Although the Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative is classed a hat item, it is not displayed in the "Inspect" target window after cycling through a player's equipped items using the "Inspect" key. It is unknown whether this is intentional, since the item is essentially the removal of a hat and realistically cannot be carried.
