A new all-class Hat, introduced in the October 27, 2011 Patch.
It appears like the the Spine-Chilling Skull, except with what appears to be smaller horns and without its sharp chipped teeth. One way of getting this hat is to craft a haunted headgear using last years unusual scrap metal.
