I sincerely apologize for only creating a stub, but that is the only officially confirmed information available so far. I can state that in my own personal experience that the time required for a full buff/overheal has been significantly reduced as well, but there is no *OFFICIAL* statement from anyone at Valve that I have yet seen. I have also come across rumors of glitches being repaired, but they are very much present in my experience after this patch.
