Smashman's Blood Patch

I have decided to make a Blood patch for TF2, this patch will add blood to disadvataged players.

I decided to make another blood patch for TF2 because I have found that others were below par, and did not fully intergrate with the English version.

A .bat file will be used to simplify the copying process.

One version will be for the German user, this will merely copy the gibs and Textures to tf_german for use with German voices and German wording. Another version will be for the English user. This will copy the gibs and Textures but also put the voices and text into English.
