Critical heals?
Do critical heals exist? I swear that there have been instances where I have rapidly healed a damaged player from the brink of death to near full health (not instantaneously, but at a much more rapid rate than otherwise). I am certain in almost every scenario that I wasn't healing a Spy, so I ruled out that possibility. Is there a system that determines the rate at which a player is healed? -beep 01:02, 7 April 2008 (CDT)
- Old wounds heal faster. Doesn't it mention that here? I read it from the in-game advice. --NiteCyper 05:05, 7 April 2008 (CDT)
- Yeah, that sounds about right. I've found myself fully healing teammates retreating from the front-line in just a matter of seconds, where as it takes a bit longer to heal those injured by Sniper damage. AAAAAARRRRR 08:00, 7 April 2008 (CDT)
- That's a horrible example. lol. --NiteCyper 09:46, 7 April 2008 (CDT)

- There's no such things as Critical heals, the Medigun heals at a logarithmic rate, meaning it heals faster the less health the target has. This is the reason for Soldiers doing self damage to charge the Uber faster. --Aurora 06:13, 9 April 2008 (CDT)
Time
I timed it, and both the uber and ctit charges only last 8 seconds...try it youself. Crazydog 22:50, 2 May 2008 (CDT)
Can people stop changing it from 10 seconds to 8? I timed it. Do I need to post a video of it? Crazydog 06:54, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
Blank Section
Why do we have a section on damage/ammo?
It seems like it's an unnecessary remnant from a template.
I timed it today, on a bot server I made, it last 8.9 - 9.2 seconds, because it last for a bit after the actual ubering fades, like it does when you switch targets.
