It's my experiance that in a scout v demo match the scout should stay as close as possible and avoid his grenades. Everything except the whiskey bottle is mid-range, so why would you stay there?

From what I experienced,it is a really a bad idea to run away from another Scout,considering that both opponents have the speed and that the other scout can just stay on the runner tail and wail on him
