Undocumented changes - do we want to add a section to the template?

I know that it is rarely used (I've only seen one other time when I've seen a undocumented change) but do we want to add it to the template to encourage people to report anything that's not on the official changelog? --DNA.styx 12:52, 21 December 2007 (CST)

It's used so infrequently it doesn't warrant inclusion in the template... Simply add a new header section under one of the others... ie.
