I figured I should updated this page since I haven't changed it in a long time. I've recently (late May 2009) found some more performance tweaks and the wiki seems to be running much better, even though with the Spy/Sniper update we're seeing 5-6 times the normal traffic. On a similar note, the virtual machine this runs on could be moving in the near future to bigger better hardware which would also give us more dedicated RAM (never a bad thing).

I haven't been around much as far as contributing to the wiki due to some recent bad news in my family. My wife and I found out our two children both have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Its been rough dealing with the emotions, and so forth, so I haven't spent much time on the site, except to make sure its running and that folks have the appropriate permissions to deal with all the day to day tasks. In any case, our family is doing as well as could be expected and we're in the midst of making some changes in our lives (selling our house to buy one that will be more appropriate as the disease progresses), and moving closer to family.

I'm happy to see the site is doing well, and hosting issues have been resolved, at least for the forseeable future. Enjoy the site!
